DEU offers free shipping across Canada for orders over $49 CAD. For the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), orders over $59 CAD qualify for free same-day delivery if placed before 4 PM on working days; orders placed after 4 PM are delivered the next day. In the Montreal area, orders over $79 CAD receive free next-day delivery if placed before 11:30AM on working days; orders placed after 11:30AM are delivered the day after next. Please note that all processing and delivery times are on working days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

After your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and/or text message containing a tracking ID and a link to follow your package's journey. To track your package, you can visit our Tracking Page. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to update.

DEU accepts returns and exchanges under specific conditions. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and the return request must be made within 2 days of receiving the package. Delivery procedures may vary based on the carrier and your building's policies. For condo addresses, packages are typically placed at the reception or in the mailroom. If the condo does not have a mailroom, packages will be placed in the community Canada Post (CP) mailbox. Condo addresses must include the unit number; otherwise, the package may be returned, and DEU is not responsible for this. Some carriers may charge additional fees for delivering packages directly to your unit. Any such fees are the responsibility of the customer.
